Refund & Return Policy
At JASTP LLC, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a clear, fair, and efficient refund and return process.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate a return.
Products that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or intentional damage are not eligible for return or refund. Digital products, downloadable items, and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will appear within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at infojastpllc@gmail.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on how to send the item back for an exchange.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to: 30 N Gould St #47821, Sheridan, WY 82801. Please include your name, order number, and reason for return inside the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
